Hi, I'm Mike! I am a hard working, Full Time, Top Selling, Five Star, Managing Real Estate Broker operating out of Longview, WA. I'm the Most Recommended and Highest Rated local agent.

With experience working with first time buyers, multi-family properties and apartment buildings, single family homes, land, and commercial property, I am certain that I myself or one of my colleagues can help meet your needs.
About 70% of my sales are single family residential homes, about 20% of the properties I list and market are multi-family properties, and about 7.5% are vacant lots or parcels of land. On occasion I handle commercial properties as well, notably I've sold the locally know Rose Tree Restaurant in Castle Rock and Korten's Building in Longview.
In addition to being great at selling single family homes, I'm great at selling homes that were marketed previously and weren't sold (expired listings). I'm also great at selling apartments.
I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Residential Specialist, a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Residential Investment Property Analyst, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, VA and Military Real Estate Specialist and a Licensed Managing Broker.

I'm married, my wife Kelly and we have two sons, Fletcher and Leo. We have a yellow English lab named Lady.
I enjoy playing poker, craft beers, cheese and meats! We love camping, fishing, and trips to the beach. And we love Baseball!
I'm passionate about and very involved in the community in many ways, including serving in local public office.
My wife and I also own a Hair Salon which she manages and operates, and we own and manage rental property too.
I'm a UW Grad, Go Huskies!
